Pete Steurer, the CMC Historian, requests your assistance in locating historical records and manuscripts created by our Club during the course of its over 80-year history.  The University of North Carolina at Asheville has agreed to archive the Club’s records in its Special Collection and University Archives section.  As such, CMC is in the process of organizing the Club’s records that begin in the early 1920s for the planned transfer to UNCA later this year.  If you have any CMC records that you would like to donate to the collection, please contact Pete Steurer at Peter.M.Steurer@noaa.gov

Records of interest would include Meeting Minutes, Historical Publications, Photographs, etc.  The CMC History Project describes the project and contains an inventory of the information that has already been inventoried and those items that are currently missing.
